सुन्धाराकी २४ वर्षे युवती प्रहरी फन्दामा

ललितपुर – महँगा कपडा र जुत्ता। नयाँ मोडलको स्मार्टफोन। इन्टरनेशनल मेकअप। दैनिक वा कम्तिमा हप्तामा चार दिनसम्म काठमाडौं र झम्सिखेल क्लबमा पार्टी। खर्च दैनिक दुई देखि पाँचहजार उनको ठाँटबाट नै टोलमा अलग थियो। उनको हाउभाउ, लवाई–खवाई र कुराकानी शैली कसैलाई प्रभावित पार्न काफी थियो।

हो यिनै तथ्यको पृष्ठभूमि भएकी सुरक्षा बज्राचार्य १४ दिनदेखि अहिले महानगरीय प्रहरी परिसर ललितपुरको हिरासतमा छिन्। २४ वर्षे उनीविरुद्ध ३५ युवा ठगेको जाहेरी परिसकेको छ। सुन्धारा पाटन, सुन्धाराकी सुरक्षाको अपराधशैलीबारे प्रहरीले अनुसन्धान गरिरहेको छ।

‘ठगिनेहरु अधिकांस आरोपीकै साथी छन्। स्कुलमा पढेका, स्थानीय र चिनजानमै ठगी गरेको भेटिएको छ,’ परिसरका प्रवक्ता डिएसपी ईश्वर कार्कीले नागरिकन्युजसँग भने। अनुसन्धान अधिकारीका अनुसार सुरक्षाले अस्तित्वमै नरहेको एउटा कम्पनी बनाएकी थिइन्। त्यो कम्पनीले हस्तकलाका क्षेत्रमा कामगर्ने सुरक्षाले साथीभाईलाई भन्दै आएकी थिइन्। पाटनको सुन्धारा क्षेत्रकी उनले स्थानीय ब्यापारलाई नै ठगीको माध्यम बनाएकी थिइन्।

कम्पनी खोलेको चर्चासँगै सुरक्षाले साथीहरुलाई आर्कषक जागिरको प्रलोभन दिन थालेकी थिइन्। ‘आर्कषक जागिर भन्दै प्रतिब्यक्ति चार हजारदेखि १५ हजारसम्म लिएको निववेदन आएको छ, विश्वासमा लिन थापाथलीको एउटा कार्यालय देखाउने गरेको खुलेको छ,’ डिएसपी कार्कीले भने।Source:Nagariknews

नेपालको ४० औँ प्रधानमन्त्री शेरबहादुर देउवा

काठमाडौं : नेपाली कांग्रेसका सभापति शेरबहादुर देउवा व्यवस्थापिका संसद्का बहुमत सदस्यको समर्थनमा प्रधानमन्त्री पदमा निर्वाचित हुनु भएको छ।

रामदेवको पतञ्जलीका औषधि नेपालमा विक्री गर्न रोक

काठमाडौं : नेपाल सरकारले रामदेवको पतञ्जली आयुर्वेदिक केन्द्रले उत्पादन गरेका चार औषधिहरु नेपालमा विक्री वितरण गर्न रोक लगाएको छ ।

 स्वास्थ्य मन्त्रालय अन्तर्गतको औषधि व्यवस्था विभागले एक सूचना जारी गरी गुणस्तर परीक्षण गर्दा न्यून गुणस्तरको पाइएकाले उक्त केन्द्रबाट उत्पादित चार प्रकारका औषधिलाई नेपाली बजारमा विक्री वितरणमा प्रतिबन्ध लगाइएको हो ।

विभागले औषधि ऐन २०३५ को दफा १४ अनुसार यस्तो निर्णय गरेको जनाएको छ । बजारमा रहेका त्यस्ता औषधिको विवरण औषधि व्यवस्था विभागमा पेश गर्न आयातकर्ता तथा उक्त कम्पनीका आधिकारीक प्रतिनिधिलाई निर्देशन दिइएको छ । उपभोक्तालाई पनि ती औषधिहरु प्रयोग नगर्न आह्वान गरिएको छ ।

विभागले प्रतिबन्ध लगाएका आयुर्वेदिक औषधिमा विलादी चुर्ण, अभिपत्तिकर चुर्ण, अजमोदादी चुर्ण र सितोपलादी चुर्ण रहेका छन् । साथै विभागले बजारमा रहेका ती औषधि तुरुन्त फिर्ता गर्न निर्देशनसमेत दिएको छ ।Source:Annapurnapost

कुर्सी जलाउन थालेपछि भिड नियन्त्रणका लागि इलाका प्रहरी कार्यालय बेल्टारका प्रहरी निरीक्षक आशाराम चौधरीको नेतृत्वमा प्रहरी टोली पुगेको थियो । प्रहरी निरीक्षक चौधरीले पार्टी भित्रको आन्तरिक विवादका बिषयलाई लिएर कालोझण्डा राख्ने र तालाबन्दी लगाउने काम भएको बताउनुभयो ।

म अहिलेसम्म विश्वका १० भन्दा बढी मुलुक घुमिसकेकी छु। त्यसमध्ये सबैभन्दा बढी मन पर्ने सहर हङकङको सुङ किङ हो। त्यहाँको संस्कृति र सहर अरु देशको भन्दा छुट्टै पाएँ। सानो भएपनि सबैकुरा पाइने रहेछ। व्यवस्थित र सफासुग्घर छ। हुन त अरु मुलुकका सहर पनि धेरै राम्रा छन्। दुबई, क्यानडा, सिंगापुर, इटालीलगायत देशका सहर एकदमै रमणीय लाग्छन्। त्यहाँका सहरसँग तुलना गर्ने हो भने हाम्रा सहर व्यवस्थित छैनन्। डाँडापाखा, वन जंगल, नदी नाला, प्राकृतिक सौन्दर्य हाम्रा सम्पत्ति हुन्। यी विशेषता विश्वका कुनै पनि मुलुकमा पाउन सकिँदैन। मलाई नेपालका सहरमध्ये सहर पोखरा सबैभन्दा मनपर्छ।

काठमाडौं कसरी राम्रो बन्ला?

सरसफाइ, बाटोघाटो निर्माण, व्यवस्थित पार्क, ट्राफिक व्यवस्थापन, धँुवाधुलो रोकथाममा ध्यान दिने हो भने काठमाडौं अरु देशका सहरभन्दा राम्रो बन्छ। नीति नियमको पालना नगर्नु र भएका योजनालाई व्यवहारमा लागू गर्न नसक्नुले काठमाडौं व्यवस्थित हुन नसकेको हो। जनसंख्याको चाप, फोहोर र अग्ला अव्यवस्थित भवनले काठमाडौंलाई कुरूप बनाएको छ। सरकारले सहरलाई सुन्दर बनाउन ल्याएका योजना पूरा गर्ने हो भने सहर सुन्दर बन्छ।


केहि समयका लागि काठमाडौं महानगरपालिकाको प्रमुख बन्न पाए के गर्नुहुन्थ्यो?

काठमाडौ : सर्वोच्च अदालतले भरतपुर महानगरपालिकामा पुन मतदान गराउने निर्वाचन आयोगको निर्णय जेठ २८ गतेसम्म कार्यान्वयन नगर्न अन्तरिम आदेश दिएको छ । न्यायधिश चोलेन्द्र शम्सेर राणाको एकल इजलाशले सोमबार दिएको अन्तरिम आदेशमा जेठ २८ गते रिट निवेदक,विपक्षी निर्वाचन आयोग र चितवनका मुख्य निर्वाचन अधिकृतसहित सबैलाई छलफलका लागि बोलाइएको छ ।


जेठ २८ गते संयुक्त इजलाशमा हुने सुनुवाईका आधारमा भरतपुरमा पुन मतदान गर्ने वा नगर्ने भन्ने बिषयमा निर्णय गर्नेछ ।

आयोगको निर्णय सार्वजनिक भए लगत्तै प्रमुख प्रतिपक्षी दलले नयाँ प्रधानमन्त्री चयन प्रक्रियालाई नै अवरोध गरेर व्यवस्थापिका संसद र सडक आन्दोलनलाई एकसाथ अगाडि बढाएको छ। उसको आन्दोलन आइतबार दिउँसोसम्म आइपुग्दा सर्वोच्च अदालत पुगेको छ।

महानगरीय प्रहरी पसिर भक्तपुरका प्रवक्ता प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक कृष्ण प्रसाईंले श्रीमान तामाङ पंखा झुण्ड्याउने हुकमा सलको पासो लगाई झुण्डिएको र श्रीमती बस्नेत खाटमा मृत लडेको अवस्थामा भेटिएको जानकारी दिनुभयो।

उहाँका अनुसार खाटमा मृत भेटिएकी बस्नेतको मुखबाट फिज आइरहेको थियो। साथै प्रहरीले घटनास्थलबाट विषको बट्टासमेत फेला पारेकोले बस्नेतले विष सेवन गरी आत्महत्या गरेको हुनसक्ने प्रहरीले अनुमान गरेको छ।

पहिले श्रीमानले झुण्डिएर आत्महत्या गरेपछि श्रीमतीले पनि विष सेवन गरेको हुनसक्ने प्रहरीको अनुमान छ। घटना घटेको कोठा सङ्लो अवस्था भेटिएकाले पनि प्रहरीले घटना आत्महत्या नै भएको हुनसक्ने प्रहरीले अनुमान लगाएको छ।

‘घटनास्थलमा अरु कुनै शंकास्पद अवस्था भेटिएन’, प्रहरी नायब उपरीक्षक प्रसाईंले भन्नुभयो, ‘प्रारम्भिक अनुसन्धानको क्रममा घटना आत्महत्या देखिन्छ।’
